We collect only the data necessary to provide a high-performance experience. This includes:
- Identity Data: Name, professional titles, and business registration details.
- Contact Data: Email address, phone number, and physical office address.
- Technical Data: IP addresses, login logs, and browser finger-printing for security.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Tuition and CMS portals.
2. Purpose of Collection
Your data is collected for specific, legitimate purposes:
- To maintain secure access to your organization's portal.
- To process invoices and payments (Required under Swedish Tax Law).
- To provide automated notifications via SMS/Email (via n8n workflows).
- To prevent unauthorized access or "session hijacking."
3. Data Storage & Location
We leverage Supabase (powered by Google Cloud Platform) for our backend infrastructure. Data is stored on encrypted servers within the European Economic Area (EEA) to ensure maximum compliance with Swedish data sovereignty laws.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not "sell" data. We only share data with essential infrastructure partners:
- Stripe / Payhere: For secure payment orchestration.
- Facebook Graph API: Only if you explicitly connect "Facebook Nexus" for social automation.
- Twilio / AWS SES: For sending critical transactional messages.
5. User Rights (Right to be Forgotten)
In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of all data held by DigyNex regarding your organization.
- Request the immediate correction of inaccurate data.
