Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions
DigyNex follows a standard SaaS billing model. Once a subscription period (monthly or annually) has started, we generally do not offer refunds, but you can cancel any time to prevent future billing.
2. Errors in Billing
If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction. We will investigate and issue a full refund if a technical or administrative error occurred on our end.
3. Service Availability
Refunds or credits will be considered if our systems (TMS/CMS) experience unplanned downtime exceeding 5% in any given month.
4. How to Request
To request a refund, please email billing@digynex.se with your Organization ID and transaction details.
